The Orlando CVB will host three upcoming FAMs during the fall to showcase the destination while educating meeting planners on Orlando’s diverse assets. Government meeting planners will visit the destination on September 24 — 26 to participate in informative educational sessions focused on Orlando’s affordability and accessibility.
A group of medical meeting planners will visit on November 5 — 8 to learn first-hand about the new medical research facilities and convention hotel properties that are rapidly coming online.
Additionally, representatives from the National Coalition of Black Meeting Planners will attend a familiarization trip on November 29 — December 2 that will focus on Orlando’s expansive African-American culture and heritage.
